The Foundation AriSLA launches #InsiemecontrolaSLA (togetheragainstSLA), its first social campaign with a solidarity number. from november 24th to december 12th it is possible to donate, through an sms to the number 45508, 2 or 5 euros from landline telephone and 2 euros from cell phone.

"Let's win together the match of the research against SLA" it's the campaign slogan, because teamplay is essential to give as soon as possible answers to the 6000 italian patients suffering from this pathology and to their relatives.

Testimonial of the campaign is the football champion Giorgio Chiellini, special friend of the Foundation, after having lent his face to the campaign of 5xmille 2015, renews its commitment to scientific research on ALS

The research project that will receive the donations of solidarity number is "Cardinals. The involvement of the autonomic nervous system in ALS": the clinical research study is funded by AriSLA, thanks to the Call for Projects 2014 and it is coordinated by Professor Laura Dalla Vecchia, Salvatore Maugeri Foundation IRCCS, Scientific Institute of Milan.

The goal of the project is to study in depth the presence and extent of any disturbances of autonomic nervous system, called dysautonomia. The expected results from the project will be critical to improve the quality of life of patients, particularly, it will be an important information to understand how the autonomic nervous system is involved in the development of the disease.

 #insiemecontrolaSLA Campaign aims to collect the full economic value of the clinical research project equivalent to 121.000,00 €.
