Masterpieces in Miniature from Giorgio Cini Foundation

One of the finest and most exquisite collections will be exposed for the very first time after 35 years: an assemblage of more than 236 Italian illuminated manuscripts, collected by Vittorio Cini, Count of Monselice, between 1939 and 1940, donated to Giorgio Cini Foundation in 1962.
The opening of the precious exhibition will be on September 16th and it will last from September 17th to January 8th 2017, in San Giorgio Maggiore island, Venice. An unique opportunity to admire a careful selection of the most significant and valuable volumes, individual leaves and miniatures of the Italian Middle Ages.
