Venezia e il Ghetto. Cinquecento anni del «recinto degli ebrei»
Book presentation
Tuesday 29th March 2016, on the anniversary of the institution of the first Ghetto in history, at 5pm, in the Aula Magna of the Ateneo Veneto di Scienze Lettere ed Arti, will be presented the book Venezia e il Ghetto. Cinquecento anni del «recinto degli ebrei», written by Donatella Calabi and published by Bollati Boringhieri (2016). Following the salutation of Guido Zucconi, President of the Ateneo Veneto, and of the Paolo Gnignati, President of the Venetian Jewish Community, the book will be presented by Dario Disegni, President of the Fondazione Italiana Beni Culturali Ebraici and Director of the Jewish Museum of Ferrara, and by the journalists Paolo Rumiz and Stefano Jesurum.
