The beautiful 13th century palace of the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista in Venice will host the 24 and 25 March the eleventh edition of Gusto in Scena, the gastronomic event conceived and curated by Lucia and Marcello Coronini, where did the Cooking Without fat, salt and added sugars, namely a kitchen fit to feel good without sacrificing the pleasure .
As always Gusto in Scena welcome selected companies in the two sections "the magnificent wines" and "Seductions of throat" with their culinary excellence. This year the event has a great new feature: with the Eleventh Edition it's time for change.
2019 Gusto in Scena is about "the first Conference on quality product" and manufacturers will take the stage. A new way to make the Congress of Gusto in Scena, where the kitchen remains high, but the focus shifts from the chef to the quality product, because only the quality has flavors that do not require corrective measures or covers.
