Saxophonist and composer Ilhan Ersahin was born in Stockholm in 1965 into a Turkish family. He is the founder of Nublu Records and one of the first members of Wax Poetic with Norah Jones. His latest project Istanbul Sessions brings together the East and the West to create an exhilarating, vital sound. The album Night Rider is a unique blend of avant-jazz riffs and exotic grooves.
On the occasion of the concert, the café, the bookship and the torrino of Punta della Dogana will be exceptionally open to the public.
