2016 European Night of Museums
On the occasion of the 2016 European Night of Museums , the Museum of Palazzo Grimani will be open in the evening with a special price admission ticket of 1 euro offering the following event:
The rooms of music at the Palazzo Grimani in the "European Night of Museums"
Guided tour with musical accompaniment
A guided tour through the halls of residence of the Grimani in Santa Maria Formosa, with the live performance of music of the Renaissance and Baroque music on original instruments, by teachers and students of the Scuola di Musica Antica of Venice and the museum staff .
the program includes, among the others, Villanelle by Venetian prints of the sixteenth century, Duets by Philpp Georg Telemann and Georg Friedrich Handel and Dances from the works of Grimani theaters of the seventeenth century.

Renée Guerrini, Melania Lorio, Antonio Morossi (the flute class of the School of Music in Ancient Venice by Marco Rosa Salva)
