Palazzo Grassi presents a photographic exhibition by Mario Peliti curated by Matthieu Humery. The exhibition, which takes us on a journey through the city of Venice, comprises a vast selection of black and white shots of the urban fabric of the city of Venice in a continuously developing project that follows a very precise protocol. The idea is to document the entire architecture of the lagoon city through an organic reconstruction with over 20 thousand shots by Mario Peliti portrayed in a suspended atmosphere able to describe its extraordinary complexity and continuity where the human figure is completely absent.
