On Sunday 25th february and Monday 26th, at Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista, Gusto in Scena, an event conceived and curated by Marcello Coronini is dedicated to operators in the food and wine sector and gourmets.
The event combines four events in one: il Congresso di Alta Cucina, I Magnifici Vini, Seduzioni di Gola and il Fuori di Gusto.
Also this year Cooking Without, without salt or no added fat or sugar, will always be the central theme seen in this perspective: "La cucina del Senza® view through the low temperature cooking"
