The Venice glass week
The Venice Glass Week is the first international festival dedicated to the art of glassmaking in Italy and internationally, with particular focus on Murano and Venetian glass, which aims to revive and promote Venice’s most important artistic and industrial activity. The first edition will take place from 10 to 17 September, 2017 and will include exhibitions, conferences, seminars, screenings and furnace open-days. The project is promoted by LE STANZE DEL VETRO, Fondazione MUVE, Istituto Veneto di Scienze Lettere ed Arti and Consorzio Promovetro Murano.
