The american painter Tom Parish returns in Venice with an anthological exhibition representing the summa of his artistic carreer mostly devoted to the ancient bond between water and Venice
From 15th June to 15th september 2017 by the Cloister of Madonna dell'Orto Church the exhibition “Il polso dell'acqua" ( the wrist of water) with a selection of works that explain the beauty and rythm of life of a city to which the artist is particulary attacched.
12 big paintings of which 8 unpublished,naturalistic and dreamlike at the same time, with which the painter interprets Venice, which is reflected in its lagoon, immortalizing many aspects and views. In this symbiosis of dream and nature, Tom Parish reproduces the life of this place, as well as the heartbeats heard in the wrist that testify the perceptible condition of human being.
