Church of Spirito Santo

The church of Spirito Santo was founded in 1506, when the works to re-build the fondamenta delle Zattere began. The monastery that was located there was destroyed to make space for the cloister, and a new facade facing the canal was built, also the Spirito Santo School was built. Now the church is part of the Gesuati Parish, but it is rarely used.
