The Albanese di Bissuola Park involves 33 hectares of land area, of which 21 hectares of grassy surface and the remaining 12 hectares of wooded and paved surfaces (squares, lanes, playing surfaces, etc) and water.

The Albanese Bissuola Park areas include: grassy and treed areas, a pond and bird sanctuary, water games, pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths, sports and recreational areas (football pitches, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, bocce, skating rink, pool, bar and restaurant, and playground) parking areas for cars and motorcycles.Inside the Park are also the Teatro del Parco, the city library, the Locatelli Botanical Gardens, the annexed city gardens.In the grassy and treed areas, the botanical species most represented are those typical of the woods of the Padano Veneto, such as Populus nigra, Carpinus betulus, Qercus pedunculata; fraxinus oxicarpa, Acer pseudoplatanus, Tilia cordata, and Tilia platyphillos, Salix alba, Alnus glutinosa and several "exotic" species such as Salisburia adiantifolia (Gingko biloba), Celtis australis, Abies cephalonica and Cedrus deodara;there are 1,370 trees overall.There are 1,300 rose Multiflora and Mutabilis bushes lining the northern side of the pond inhabited by web-footed birds, with climbing plants covering the beautiful brick arbours.
